Desi Odia Mutton Curry making process
Ingredients for Desi Odia Mutton Curry
1.mutton-1/2 kg.
2.onion–1/2 kg.(finely chhoped)
3.ginger n garlic pest-2 tsp
4.cumin powder-1 tsp
5.coriender powder -1 tsp
7. garam masala.(2 elaichi, 4 labang(clove),2 inch dalchini)
8. mustard oil.
9. salt to taste.
10 mirchi powder n haldi powder-1 tsp each
Process of making Desi Odia Mutton Curry –
Heat the oil and add all chopped Onions .
Fry it till it get brown and then add Ginger garlic paste,Haldi Powder,Mirchi Powder<Coriander powder and fry it for a duration of 10 mins.
Then add Mutton and Salt to it and Cook it in a Slow Flame for 45 Minutes.
In the final step , add garam masala powder and Serve it with Rice.
To Make it more delicious marinate the Mutton with Salt and Haldi for 1 Hour before you start the Cooking process .
