Fish Pakoda Ingredients:
1. 500 grams of fish
2. Lemon juice – Half Teaspoon
3. Garlic – Chopped into small pieces
୪. Ginger – Chopped
5. Coriander – a teaspoon
6. Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
7. Some turmeric
8. Salt – to taste
9. 200 grams of basin
10. Juani – a spoon
11. Hot spice
12. Soda – a chutney
13. Vegetable oil
14. Coriander leaves
Fish Pakoda Preparation method:
First wash the fish well.
Cut it into small pieces.
Now add the lemon juice to it well.
Now add the garlic, ginger, coriander powder, zucchini, chilli powder, turmeric and salt and mix well.
Leave it for 2 hours.
Now put the basin in the other bowl, and the rest of the stuff.
Slowly make a paste of water.
The paste needs to be made smooth.
Now heat the oil in a pan and dip the pre-cooked fish in the pan and strain it in hot oil.
Stir well for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
When it turns golden, remove it from the pan and garnish with coriander leaves.
