Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express Train is on tracks now. Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express is the second Vande Bharat Express train, operated by Indian Railways in West Bengal and the first of its kind in Odisha.
The Indian Railways has successfully launched Vande Bharat Express, India`s ingenuously designed semi-high-speed train from Howrah to Puri & Vice versa. The semi-high-speed train was flagged off by PM Narendra Modi.
The first Vande Bharat Express of West Bengal from Howrah to New Jalpaiguri, was flagged off by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conferencing in December last year. The ultra-modern Semi High-Speed Train is equipped with state-of-the-art passenger amenities.
The pilgrims and tourists visits Puri in a large number for darshan of Lord Jagannath, throughout the year from Kolkata, the new semi-high speed train has become an instant hit among the visitors.
