BSKY NABIN CARD is a new card introduced by Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) in collaboration with Nabil Bank. The registration for BSKY NABIN CARD is completely free of cost.
To apply for the BSKY NABIN CARD online, follow these steps:
Navigate the online application process on the official website at https://www.bsky.odisha.gov.in/
Begin by agreeing to the declaration that no family member falls under the ineligibility criteria and the Aadhaar consent for e-KYC.
Enter the Aadhaar number of the HoF or applicant. This triggers validation against both BSKY and government employee databases. If not found in either, you’re eligible to proceed.
Perform e-KYC to automatically fetch your name, date of birth/age, gender, and address with pin code.
Enter your Voter ID (EPIC) card number and upload a scanned copy.
Validate your mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP).
Add family members by validating their names, Aadhaar numbers, and relationship with the HoF.
Finally, preview the completed application form thoroughly before submitting it electronically.

Post-Submission Verification process for BSKY NABIN Card applications
Once submitted, your application goes through a three-level verification process:
Level 1 (L1) Verification:
Conducted by: Gram Panchayat/Ward Member
Verification of applicant’s rural residency within their jurisdiction.
Confirmation of family details and Aadhaar numbers.
Cross-checking information with local records.
Outcome: If L1 verification is successful, the application proceeds to Level 2.
Level 2 (L2) Verification:
Conducted by: Block Development Officer (BDO)
Further scrutiny of application details.
Verification of eligibility criteria, particularly income and employment status.
Ensuring no conflicting information with other government databases.
Outcome: If L2 verification is successful, the application moves to Level 3.
Level 3 Verification:
Conducted by: State Health Agency (SHA)
Final validation of application data and eligibility.
Cross-checking with state-level databases.
Resolving any inconsistencies or pending clarifications.
Outcome: If Level 3 verification is successful, the card is issued.
You can track the application status and download the acknowledgement receipt on the website using your Acknowledgement Receipt Number.
BSKY NABIN Card Online Application Eligibility
To receive a BSKY NABIN Card, your family must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Rural Residence: All family members must reside in a rural area of Odisha.
No Income Tax Payers: No member of the family should have filed income tax for the financial year 2022-23.
No Government Employees: No family member should be a regular government employee or receive a government pension.
Aadhaar and e-KYC: Each family member needs a valid Aadhaar card and must be willing to go through e-KYC verification.
Voter ID: All family members above 18 years old should have a valid Voter ID card.
Non-BSKY beneficiaries: The family should not already be registered as a beneficiary under the existing Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) scheme.
Non-ration card holders: Family members should not be enrolled in the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS) ration card programs.
Applicant and Head of Family: An adult family member can apply on behalf of the family, but the Head of the Family’s details are required.
Mobile Number: The applicant and Head of the Family must have valid mobile numbers to receive communication.

Cashless Treatment for Critical Illnesses: The BSKY NABIN Card provides cashless treatment for up to Rs. 5 lakh per annum per family for nine identified critical illnesses.

The BSKY NABIN Card also provides an additional Rs. 5 lakh per annum coverage for female family members for the same nine critical illnesses.
