Plastic waste-filled up by the devotees gathered for Chardham Yatra in Uttarakhand. The Char Dham is a set of four world famous pilgrimage sites in India. It is believed that visiting these sites helps achieve moksha (salvation).
The four Dham’s are Badrinath, Dwarka, Jagannath Dham Puri and Rameswaram. It is believed that every Hindu should visit the Chardhams during one’s lifetime.
