“Sworaarabinda” Shri Arabinda Muduli

The great devotional Odia singer “Sworaarabinda” Shri Arabinda Muduli was born on 1961. He is more popular as  Bhajan Singer of Lord Jagannath in Odisha.  His singing songs not only give the pleasure to human being but also teach the moral things. His songs not only well audible but also full of advice in order to create a good society which is full of social and moral education. He is the devotee of lord Jagannath. His whole hearted dedication towards the God and parents emerged him an eminent singer among the Odia singers of Odisha. He is the obedient disciple of Bhajan Samrat Bhikari Ch. Bal. He is the follower of guru Shri Bhikar Bal.

Arabinda Muduli was born in the village of khanati in Khordha Dist in the state of Odisha, india. His parent Bharata Muduli & Uttam Muduli. By  the worship of God his parent  produced seven children but among of them six children were not survived, only one of them was survived she is the daughter of Bharat muduli. By the blessing of lord Krishna Arabinda Muduli was born as eighth child in the day of Lord Krishna’s birthday. His father Bharat Muduli was a very good singer of Basanta Raasa, Ramalila and Danda Nrutya, also he had knowledge of Odishi. First Arabinda Muduli learned the singing style from his father and his village guru Shri Mir Mukram Ali. He started his singing life in his village with his father gradually his name had spread in the neighbour villages of his villages. He studied up to tenth grade. In his childhood he heard a song and that changed his mind, after that he thought to sing that song. First he had not known who sang that song, by some sources he knew Sj. Bhikari ch.Bal was the singer of that song. Then he desided to meet him. After that he went to cuttack to his relatives house for the purpose of meeting to Sj. Bhikari Bal. then he went to bhikari bal and sang a song in front of him by the hearing his song bhikari bal embraced him and he gave the word to taught him songs then arabinda muduli turned the disciple of Bhikari ch. Bal, then bhikari ch. Bal taught him so many songs in his style by the blessing of his guru and lord Jagannath he got a chance to sing a song in saradhabaali bhajan samaroha and that samaroha changed his life style by the song “Bali Kheluthile Nanda Suta Kala Kanhei”    that song emerged him an eminent singer of odisha.

Career

  •  In 1985 Arabinda Muduli started his career from Saradhabali Bhajan Samaroha and he had famous for the song “Bali Kheluthile Nanda Suta Kala Kanhei”. This song gave him the identity in Odisha. JE cassette compny produced so many cassettes in his voice. He has sung more than 3000 songs in so many cassettes. For his voice clarity and depth he got a chance in All India Radio. He is the B’ High Grade Artist in All India Radio Cuttack and in DD also. The king of Shrikshetra Shri Gajapati Maharaja Awarded him in front of the Lion Gate of Shri Mandir by the Tittle “Swara Shrikshetra” in 1986. In his career he has sung in a odia movie “Sakhi Rahiba Mo Sankha Sindura”, the song “Shiba Sankara”
