Susant Mani bagged Filmfare Awards
Susant Mani’s made his way to history with the film “Mu Eka Tumara” produced by Sarthak Films.Recently his film bagged all the awards in 4 different catagories in 1st Vivel Filmfare Awards East and the director was honoured with best director award.While Ollywood star Sabyasachi and Archita were awarded for best actor and actress respectively.Mu eka Tumara was awarded the best film of the year .

Susant Mani made his entry in Ollywood as a editor and choreographer . Before making his debut in Ollywood he was quiet famous in Odia album industry.The editor turned director who hails from a lower middle class family is now the most shouted director of the industry. He is a editor, writer, director who has strongly made his presence felt in the Ollywood industry as a filmmaker . He is a strong believer in originality and he is fond of doing ground breaking experiments in film making.Some of the finest examples of his expermentation in film making are Chocolate,Luchakali,Most Wanted,Ahimanyu,Mu Eka Tumara ……. As an eminent film maker, he has already worked in a Hollywood project named ‘Dreaming Lasha’ as an assistant film editor. As a director, he has many commercial blockbusters to his credits in Odisha and has been awarded best director by critics for his finest movie ‘Chocolate’.
