First Odia Biopic Film will feature Arindam Roy
If Bollywood & other regional film industries have been releasing one biopic after another, Ollywood or the Odia Film Industry isn’t far behind to jump onto the bandwagon. Ollywood is all set in making its very first biopics on the life of a successful businessman who hails from a small village in Balasore district of Odisha. The story will revolve around the life journey of Abdul Amin Khan.
The film will be directed by Tapas Saragharia, who has successful films like Ishq Tu Hi Tu and Kalki to his credit. The film will be made under the banner of KGN Productions. The film will feature Shivani opposite Superstar Arindam Roy. The film is titled “Bhai”. Bhai will also star Mihir Das, Bobby Mishra, and others.
The last film of Arindam Roy was Ishq Puni thare made under the banner of Tarang Cine Productions and Ratna Films. The film was directed by Jyoti Das of Good Boy fame. The sequel of Ishq tu Hi tu featured Arindam and Elina together.
Director Tapas Saragharia is all set with another film also, which will be released under the banner of Tarang Cine Productions. The film is based on the rising child abuse is titled Khusi. The director is known for his films like Kalki, Ishq Puni Thara, Prem Kumar, Tu mo Love Story, Hero No.1, etc.
