Like the Bollywood film “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge”, has been running in theaters till date across the country, I Love you Odia film is considered an ode to love by many, has started its 10th year and re-released at Shriya Theater Bhubaneswar.
Since its release in January, 2005, the classic love story has won over the hearts of generations for the past 10 years and is still watched by the youth even today. The film was the debut film of Ollywood superstar Anubhav Mohanty. The magic creation of Legendary Hara Pattnaik will always be remembered with the film.
The film changed the course of the Odia cinema and became an unparalleled brand by catapulting itself into being the longest-running film in the history of Ollywood, read a statement from production banner Brajraj Movies.
Starring Anubhav Mohanty and Namrata Thappa, the movie made people fall in love with the characters played by the debutante actors. The film was produced by Sanjay Naik and directed by Late legendary Hara Patnaik, the film narrates the love story of a poor guy and a blind girl. The film also stars Hara Patnaik, Bijay Mohanty, Tandra Ray, Anita Das, and others.
