The Odisha Tourism department on 5 September 2018 i.e Wednesday invited Graphic designers or creative minds to design a new logo for Odisha Tourism. The logo will be used to promote Odisha at domestic and international tourist markets.
In recent past we have witnessed Odisha Tourism’s active engagement in promoting Odisha through brand positioning and various media campaigns in international tourist destinations as well as in various cities in India.
While announcing the ‘Contest for Odisha Tourism Logo’, the department has asked participants to design a logo that interprets key tourism elements of the State. The winner of the contest will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh.
According to Officials, entries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in a PDF format, properly water marked with the creator’s name or any other way to establish ownership along with a brief about the concept chosen. The last date for sending entries is September 15.The logo should be bold, horizontally spread, multi-coloured and should convey Odisha’s key tourism strengths.
