XIMB Business Conclaves
XIMB, established in 1987 and with a legacy spread across 27 years has grown to become one of the top B-schools in India. The fact that it has produced over 5000 alumni, some of whom hold eminent positions, speaks about its pervasive presence in the corporate circles. XIMB, known for its culture, is centre to various events and business conclaves which are graced by eminent luminaries from the industry. In 2013, XIMB was bestowed the university status giving rise to Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB). Every year, we organize panel discussions and international conferences on international business, Finance, marketing, Entrepreneurship, sustainability management, etc.
Every year, the panel discussions are held on a central theme, which is chosen based on issues faced by the industry. These bring the best minds in the corporate world from a diverse range of backgrounds, including academia, corporate, and the government sector to XIMB. The aim is to stimulate discussions between the student community and industry personnel in order to get first hand insights from the eminent luminaries by giving students an opportunity to interact with them. These conclaves also help students to gain a new perspective on existing and emerging industrial situations.
