The film Basudha was initially titled as Jashoda which clashed with another movie being made by Basant Naik under Brajaraj Movies banner by the same title. So the producer of this movie had to change the title to Basudha at the last moment. They had to put patch on all publishing materials to the new title. The audio artwork representing the movie shows the old title. Debut movie of Anisha Das (Liza).The film was directed by Avtar Singh who has also given blockbuster films like Kie Kahara and Udandi Sita.
