Netaji Birth Place Museum Cuttack
Cuttack is one of oldest city of India and is the birth place of many great personalities.The 1000 years old city is the birthplace of the famous freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose .He was born on 23.1.1897 at their ancestral house, Janakinath Bhawan at Oriya Bazar (now Odia Bazaar) and spent his early childhood here.Subhash Chandra Bose studied at Ravenshaw Collegiate School and later went to Calcutta (now Kolkata)to pursue higher studies.The grand house of legendary freedom fighter is now converted to Netaji Birth Place Museum . The museum exhibits the great memories associated with the great leader, which is worth seeing.An orchid garden will soon be added to the Netaji Birthplace Museum here to enhance its beauty.
