Odisha Actress Nikita no More
Renowned Odia television and film actress Lakshmipriya Behera alias Nikita passed away today while undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Cuttack. The actress was admitted in a private hospital in CDA area in Cuttack following an injury on her head on Friday night. The exact reason behind head injury is yet unknown.
According to reports, the actress had visited her father’s house at Mahanadi Vihar in the Silver City Cuttack where she fell off the roof of the house on Friday.
She had tied the knot with actor Lipan in September 2017. The couple has a daughter.
Nikita is not only a famous name in Odia TV industry but also in Ollywood with ‘Akhi kholibaku dara laguchi’. She was also featured in movies like ‘Chori chori mana chori’, ‘Maa ra Panatakani’, ‘Smile please’ and ‘Mita basichi bhoota sathire’. Nikita was much popular for playing lead roles in the TV soaps including ‘Tapasya’ and ‘ACP Nikita’. Entire television industry was shocked after the news was aired in media.
